Shipping policy
Shipping Costs:
Mango Reign charges a flat shipping fee of R70.00 for delivering products to your specified delivery address anywhere in South Africa. You'll be responsible for paying this shipping cost.
Free Shipping:
Good news! If your order totals over R900.00, we'll cover the shipping costs for you. Free delivery is applicable for qualifying orders subject to the delivery address being in South Africa.
Local Collection:
If you're based locally and prefer not to incur shipping costs, you have the option to collect your orders directly from our premises at 15 Brigantine Avenue, Sun Valley, Noordhoek, Cape Town, 7975.
If you choose local collection, let's coordinate the time and date for you to pick up your order. We want to ensure a smooth transaction for you.
Dispatch and Delivery:
As soon as we receive your payment confirmation, we will prepare your order for dispatch. Please note that the lead time for delivery may take up to 10 working days, depending on the shipping service provider and your location.
Missed Deliveries:
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the shipping service provider will make reasonable attempts to reschedule delivery. However, if the shipping service provider is unable to reach you or unable to reschedule delivery, your order will be returned to our premises. In this case, you will be responsible for paying an additional shipping charge to dispatch the product again. Standard lead times for delivery will apply to the reshipment.
Order Tracking:
After dispatching your order, we'll provide you with a tracking number. This way, you can keep an eye on the status of your delivery.
International Shipping:
Currently, Mango Reign only offers shipping within the specified areas of service. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this stage.
