Refund policy

Returns:

If you find yourself unsatisfied with your product, you have the option to return it within 5 days from the date of delivery. Regrettably, if more than 5 days have elapsed since you received your product, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and it must be in its original packaging. To initiate the return process, kindly contact us via email at info@mangoreign.com.

Please dispatch the returned items to the following address: 15 Brigantine Avenue, Sun Valley, Noordhoek, 7975. Be advised that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returns, as these costs are non-refundable. Remember to include your full name and order number in your return package.

Refunds (if applicable):

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email notification acknowledging the arrival of your returned item. If the returned item meets the criteria for approval, a voucher equivalent to the value of the item/s will be issued to you. If you prefer a refund, kindly provide us with your banking details for processing.

Exchanges:

Mango Reign will exclusively replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please notify us within 5 days of receiving the defective or damaged items by contacting us via email at info@mangoreign.com. We will then coordinate the return of the faulty item and arrange for a replacement or issue a refund if the item is no longer in stock.
